The doctors always recommend your treatment based on your dental needs, not by what your insurance company covers. Dental insurance is a benefit to help assist you with the cost. All charges you incur for your dental care are your responsibility regardless of insurance coverage. As your dental provider, our relationship is with you and not the insurance company.
We do our best to give you an estimated co-payment amount prior to your appointment based on information received over the phone from an insurance representative. This information is not a guarantee of payment or approval from the insurance company. Your estimated amount is due at the time of service. We will complete and submit the forms to all insurance companies for benefits. Once insurance processes, if there is a remaining amount due, a statement will be sent to you.
